Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at Casa Arnel, which boasts a charming hacienda-style architecture and cleanliness. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and local attractions. The experience was delightful overall, though the rooms with shared bathrooms were a bit simpler compared to the deluxe options. The highlight for me was definitely the amazing dining at the nearby El Biche Pobre, which is a must-visit.
I had a lovely stay at Casa Arnel, which is just a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station and a short stroll to the zocalo. The hotel has a charming hacienda-style feel, and the cleanliness was impressive. However, my room was simpler than I expected. Don't miss out on the nearby El Biche Pobre restaurant; it offers some of the best Oaxacano food I've ever tasted, making it well worth the walk.
I had a delightful stay at Casa Arnel, just a short walk from the bus station and central attractions. The ambiance of the hacienda-style building was charming, and the room, while somewhat basic, had its own appeal. The shared bathroom was cleaner than I expected. The on-site experience was enhanced by the lively parrots, but the dining nearby was the real highlight with delicious Oaxacan cuisine. Overall, it's a good value for the price, though I found the room a bit on the monastic side.
I had a delightful stay at this charming little hotel. The ambience of the courtyard was simply superb, and the hacienda-style building added to the overall charm. Although my room was a bit minimalist, it had its own unique appeal. I loved that I could dance in front of one of the parrots and make him dance too! The location was convenient, just a short walk from both the bus station and the vibrant zocalo area. However, I recommend checking out the shared bathrooms for a better experience compared to the private ones, which were a little noisy. Overall, a great value for my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Casa Arnel, which is a charming hacienda-style hotel within walking distance to major attractions. The rooms were clean, and I loved the unique ambience of the interior courtyard, although my room was quite basic. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and I highly recommend dining at the nearby El Biche Pobre restaurant for an authentic Oaxacano experience. While the shared bathroom concept was manageable, I did notice it was a bit quieter than the private bath options, making it a solid choice.
